The founder of PTK Dr. Andrew Fasey has 18 years experience working for national government and for Directorates-General (DG) Enterprise (ENTR) and Environment (ENV) of the European Commission on European and international chemicals issues. He was one of the few responsible for drafting REACH and steering its path through the complex political and technical labyrinth. He has been responsible for negotiating many EU Directives and international programs and agreements (e.g. OECD and UN). He brings high expert level knowledge to REACHWAY’s own offering acting as a consultant.
